yoga

Yoga is a universe within us. It’s where Union truly happens. What is known as yoga, asanas (postures), is just the beginning of the journey.

Practicing daily, or often, yoga asanas has great value to the development of your own awareness. Repetitive practice brings great value to life, and is the beginning of putting yourself first for at least one hour in the day.

Though one may have never stepped on a yoga mat, yet the practice of yoga may happen daily through the other branches of yoga like bhakti, devotion, or jnana, knowledge. The idea is to continue practicing yoga to create ease and balance within.

Manna is here to support you, hoping that you find your yoga, and keep on the path of self-realization.

If you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, a 1-on-1 session will mostly benefit you in your journey. Perhaps it’s going over the basics of Sun Salutations, working on specific inversions, or taking a deep into the Yoga Sutras of Patanjali, you’ll find great value in a private session.
