Also known as the sister science to yoga, Ayurveda is the ancient holistic healthcare system of India.
Believed to be around for over 5000 years, Ayurveda means the knowledge of life (Ayur, life; Veda, knowledge), a science that sees and understands that each individual is unique.
Ayurveda understands and acknowledges the body, mind, and spirit as a whole, and will always take that into consideration in promoting healing.
Optimal health isn’t created by only taking pills, herbs, or vitamins; it’s deeply rooted in our everyday life and choices – how we eat, breathe, move, sleep, interact, and connect with one another. It is the dynamic way of living with nature and our own unique constitution.
Ayurveda consultations are always done on a 1-on-1 basis. Prior to it, you will fill out a questionnaire indicating your daily habits, overall health, life-style, and things that have been bothering you or feel out of alignment.
Your consultation will feel like a conversation to understand your constitution and go in depth on what you would like to create change, or need to change in your life. Afterwards, you will receive detailed practices to implement in your daily life.
Ayurveda will allow you to take health and wellbeing into your own hands.
